Dugesia cretica là một loài giun dẹp sống ở đảo Crete và Tinos, Hy Lạp[1] Nó cũng có lẽ cũng sinh sống ở Síp và đảo Serifos.[2]
Loài động vật này dài hơn 8 mm và rộng 2 mm.[1]
