Liên hoan phim Quốc tế Tokyo (tiếng Nhật: 東京国際映画祭, Tōkyō Kokusai Eigasai; viết tắt: TIFF) là một liên hoan phim được thành lập vào năm 1985. Sự kiện được tổ chức hai năm một lần trong giai đoạn từ năm 1985 đến năm 1991 và được tổ chức thường niên sau đó. Theo Liên đoàn Quốc tế các Hiệp hội các Nhà sản xuất phim (FIAPF), đây là một trong những liên hoan phim cạnh tranh của châu Á, đồng thời là liên hoan phim lớn thứ hai tại châu Á sau Liên hoan phim Quốc tế Thượng Hải, và cũng là liên hoan phim duy nhất của Nhật Bản được FIAPF công nhận.

Các giải thưởng được trao trong khuôn khổ liên hoan phim đã có sự thay đổi qua từng giai đoạn tồn tại, tuy nhiên Tokyo Grand Prix), dành cho phim xuất sắc nhất, vẫn luôn là giải thưởng cao nhất. Những giải thưởng khác được trao thường xuyên bao gồm Giải thưởng Đặc biệt của Ban giám khảo, cùng các giải cho Nam diễn viên xuất sắc nhất, Nữ diễn viên xuất sắc nhất và Đạo diễn xuất sắc nhất.

Trong những năm gần đây, các sự kiện chính của lễ hội đã được tổ chức trong hơn một tuần vào cuối tháng 10, tại khu phát triển Roppongi Hills. Các sự kiện bao gồm chiếu ngoài trời, chiếu lồng tiếng và sự xuất hiện của các diễn viên cũng như các cuộc hội thảo và hội nghị chuyên đề liên quan đến thị trường điện ảnh.
